About

My love of writing began in childhood and led me to study for a BA in Humanities with Literature and an MA in Creative Nonfiction, where I explored the self through memoir and personal essays.
Over the years, journaling has been an essential part of my personal journey, providing a safe space for me to navigate life’s challenges. I believe a journal is the most loyal friend anyone can have because it never reveals secrets, doesn’t judge and offers clarity in times of uncertainty.
My love of and respect for the journaling process is what led me to become a writing for wellbeing facilitator so that I could create supportive spaces for individuals to explore their emotions, gain insight, and cultivate resilience in a creative way.
In addition to leading workshops, I work as a freelance writing coach and editor, guiding others in their creative journeys.
I am fully insured and proud to be a member of Lapidus International, the association for writing for wellbeing.
