Why Join a Workshop?
In a world that often moves too fast, my workshops offer a quiet, dedicated space to slow down and connect with yourself. Writing is one of the most powerful tools we have for self-discovery and wellbeing and the sessions are designed to help you harness its benefits.
Everyone has a story to tell and an inner voice to be heard and my workshops are built on a philosophy of acceptance and non-judgement. No prior experience of writing is needed as the focus is on the process and not the product. This creates an environment where you are free to explore your thoughts and emotions on the page without pressure or critique.
What to Expect:
- Guided Practices – Each workshop is structured around guided writing prompts and activities designed to help you explore a specific theme.
- A Safe Space – The workshops are a confidential and supportive environment. You are always in control of what you write and there is never any pressure to share your work.
- Practical Tools – You’ll leave each session with simple, effective writing techniques that you can easily integrate into your daily life for ongoing wellbeing.
- Community- While the focus is on your personal journey, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow writers.
Whether you’re looking to start a journaling habit, find a creative outlet for self-care, or simply want to find a moment of peace, my workshops are a welcoming space for you.
February 14th 2026 – An Alternative Valentine: Writing for Self-Compassion
Amid the noise of Valentine’s Day, this workshop offers an alternative: time to reflect on the relationship you have with yourself.
Using simple, supportive writing exercises, you’ll explore self-compassion, inner resilience, and personal growth in a way that feels grounded and accessible. The session is designed to help you slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what matters to you.
No writing background is needed — only a willingness to reflect and use writing as a form of self-care.

I really enjoyed the discussion and hearing other people's perspectives and the journey their writing takes them on.
