One-To-One Sessions

Life can feel overwhelming at times and when the noise gets too loud, it can be hard to hear your own voice.

 

My one-to-one Writing for Wellbeing sessions are a gentle, focused, tailored space just for you. Using simple but powerful guided writing prompts, I’ll help you:

 

  • Reduce overwhelm by showing you how to slow down and give your thoughts space on the page
  • Promote clarity of thought so you can see situations more clearly and make better decisions
  • Reduce stress through calming, reflective exercises that help you process what’s on your mind
  • Improve self-awareness by uncovering patterns, values, and insights you may not notice in daily life
  • You don’t need to be “good at writing”. This isn’t about grammar or spelling. It’s about using words as a tool for self-care, reflection and emotional wellbeing. 
  • Together, we’ll create a safe, confidential space where you can explore whatever’s on your mind, at your own pace.

How it Works

  • You’ll be guided through a series of writing activities tailored to your needs
  • We’ll take time to reflect on the writing process and what you’ve written (BUT only if you wish to share) and consider how you might use these insights in daily life
  • You’ll be given some further writing exercises to take away and try by yourself

Cost

The cost for an online 90-minute session is £90 and this reduces to £75 if you book and pay for 3 or more sessions in advance.
